For your convenience, rooms have been blocked at Springhill Suites Chicago O’Hare, 8101 West Higgins Road, Chicago, IL 60631 for Friday night, September 20, 2024 and Saturday night, September 21, 2024.   The cost per night is $115 per night, plus taxes for a king bed and $135 per night, plus taxes for two queen beds.   Rooms include complimentary hot breakfast buffet, wireless high speed internet and parking.  Complimentary 24 hour airport shuttle service (runs twice per hour) and complimentary transportation to/from local area attractions within 2 mile radius are offered to hotel guests.  All rooms come with a refrigerator and microwave.  There is a fitness center and indoor pool on site.  Outback Steakhouse is on property.  You must reserve your room by September 6, 2024 in order to receive the group rate.

There will be a hospitality room available for gathering before and after events.
